RMA procedure:

Defect on Arrival (DOA) Defect occur within three month of purchasing;

Pronets offer free replacement and pay shipment cost of return and reship;

In Warranty of Return Merchandise Authorization(DOA) Defect occurs after three months of purchase and before the warranty has expired.

Pronets offer free replacement or repair, Client pays the shipment of return, Pronets pay the shipment cost of reship.

Out of Warranty Return Merchandise Authorization (ORMA) Defect occurs after the warranty has expired

Pronets offer free or charge of maintenance (free or change accord to defect condition) Client pays the shipment of return and reship.


* Above terms are determined by the purchase date on the invoice up to the time the product is returned to Pronets.

* Client must send the test report to the sales representative before Pronets confirm the RMA.

* Passive fiber products is relatively fragile, check our operating manual , to get know how to avoid damage of passive modules.
